Monthly VIP not received after payment

I paid this morning for a month of VIP and my account hasn't updated. This is 9 hours ago, it used to be virtually instant.

Same Problem here, Paid 10 hours ago and still not received the month of vip. All the other times before it was instant

So almost 1 day over since i paid and still no month of VIP added to ny account... seems like a bigger issue?

I would love my VIP, but if not possible a refund so I can try again...  spent all day without my bot. Was not fun

Can you guys Private Message me your stream names and paypal emails used to pay? I will contact the Dev with the information so he can get your accounts setup.

The issue you guys aren't receiving VIP, is because the API is slow and isn't catching the payments with the usernames input the username box when making the payment. So the dev will need to give you guys VIP manually till the issue gets resolved.

Yeah, I got it. Just letting you know we are working on a form submission system for users to fill out who haven't received VIP or got the bot (depending on which they paid for). Will post a link to it when it is setup and good to go. Will be easier for the dev to look at the submissions rather then getting a bunch of PM's/e-mails about VIP/Getting the Bot.
