Link blocking
« on: June 11, 2014, 10:59:59 AM »
Is there any plans or a way to stop links from being posted?  Also a possible way to make it so that vips and up could go ahead and post?  Would be a great additions feature.  Thanks.

Do you mean a similar way to how Moobot or Nightbot does it? By purging a user that attempts to post a link?

Yes that is what I was looking for but with Deepbot as I don't care for either of those services.

Probably no need to re-invent the wheel.  Use Moobot to manage links/caps/spam and use DeepBot for raffles, games, music, chat entertainment.

I use Nightbot purely for link purging and then Deepbot for everything else. I don't think you should bank on this becoming a feature since Moderation is not a goal for Deepbot.
