user custom join message not working

I have certain people set-up in deepbot with custom join messages, !(name) then a subsequent channel command for the !(name) which has a chat message and a sound attached. Deepbot has stopped doing the message (channel command & Sound).

Manually playing the command either via deepbot "execute now" or typing the !(name) in chat works.


Thoughts?

it appears running commands from custom join messages no longer works. Is this intentional?

now all of a sudden it's working again......
