Purchase Problem

Hi, I recently purchased deepbot access but everytime I try to connect under Bot Login in the application it says I do not have access to the closed beta. I tried to use the owner change form but it's been a while and there hasn't been a reply. The bot's twitch name is ThanosOfTitanBot and the stream name is WoopDogg.

The problem is that you purchased the bot under the bot's name instead of your stream name. The dev will have to fix this.
