I need to cancel my subscription at this time.
I have been in the process of moving across state and have not been able to stream.
This said I attempted at the beginning of this process to suspend or cancel my VIP subscription at this time.
However the charges continue, and have thrown me into overdraft charges in my bank account which I use for streaming.
What should have been canceled has lead toward two charges of 5.00 that ended up costing me a years worth of the deepbot service.
I have been a loyal user of deepbot since I found it in 2015, having this issue is disheartening.
Please suspend recurring payments, on my account or make a button to do so.
