Song Requests by Song Name

I am trying to enable song requests by song name. I went to Master Settings and scrolled down. I see the box I need to check to allow this but it is grayed out, along with the search mode options next to it. Is there another setting I need to change first? Any help would be appreciated.

This feature is locked behind the VIP subscription which works out at $5/mo
