Title: Payed for VIP but shows inactive on dashboard

Hey Guys,

I purchased VIP 2 days ago and the payment went through, but I did not get a vip status on my deepbot and when I go to my dashboard it says that my vip is inactive.
I need help asap.

Our system shows the last payment under the Twitch name "GODQueenEvy" was in February. Did you make the payment through the system with the correct name?

Yes, I did :) I made the payment through paypal :)

Apologies - The payment was flagged pending review. This should be fixed now.
