Help/Support / Tried to backup deepbot now error?

A few days ago my power went out and i had deepbot running. And all the users information got deleted points and hrs. Its happen to me before and i fixed it. but this time i actidenlty open the file on notepad and all the files for notepad. I tried to copy the backup from 24hrs ago and when i save it it shows me this folder (2) it doesnt override the one thats corrupt. https://gyazo.com/94b943f373e869e5e68247f925d52a8f

Help/Support / Had to make a new Twitch channel, admin license transfer to my new channel

I messaged ExpertsOnline  Not sure if the message went through. But I had to make a new twitch account since twitch made everyone reset there pw. and i have no idea what my email is. my new account is twitch.tv/LCLipZ

Had to make a new twitch and i need access to my new twitch and bot. and is there any i could use the old bot from my old channel?
Old Stream Account : ciilipz
Old bot name :CLipZPoints
New Stream :Imciilipz
New bot name :CiLipZPoints or is there anyway i can keep my old bot name.

And is there anyway to transfer all the users points to my new channel? Thanks

Help/Support / Violated TOS on twitch. Made a new account! Deepbot not working

I recently violated terms of service twitch and they wont partner me. Im streaming a new account. I need help so I can use deepbot on my new account . Its says " this account has no access" any admins or staff can help me. thanks
