Tried to backup deepbot now error?

A few days ago my power went out and i had deepbot running. And all the users information got deleted points and hrs. Its happen to me before and i fixed it. but this time i actidenlty open the file on notepad and all the files for notepad. I tried to copy the backup from 24hrs ago and when i save it it shows me this folder (2) it doesnt override the one thats corrupt. https://gyazo.com/94b943f373e869e5e68247f925d52a8f

When the power goes out this does have a chance to cause corrupted data to happen. You may find that if you had other things running at the same time they could also have become corrupted. Probably would invest in a surge protector or a UPS to prevent this from happening again.

As far as what you can do, try running the "BackupManager.exe" in the folder where Deepbot is installed to see if you can recover a backup.

I can see your VIP, so if you can't get anything to work.
Cloud backup requests, email deepbot@deep.sg for a backup (VIP Only).
