I have the same problem, Could I also get a redownload? And could you tell me which Files I have to back up to keep my Mods as mods, and my viewers keep their hours/points?

EDIT: Shutting it off and Running as Administrator Solved it for me.

Where did you hear about DeepBot from?  I am already using it on my own channel!
Your stream name? UnderpantsWT but I want it on WarThunderGaming !
Twitch bot account name? WarThunder_Bot
Your streaming schedule? This is going to be a 24/7 Stream , I work for the game War Thunder as a stream coördinator and tournament streamer!
Is your stream partnered with Twitch? Not yet! We're arranging it!
Average number of users on your channel? 30-40 ! Soon more when we kick off thise Idea on our forums + facebook with well of 400.000 Followers!
Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? Nope!

I've been using deepbot for a year now, loving it, I have been tasked by my company to set up A 24/7 Stream channel with streamers from our Game-Community, I wanted this bot in that stream as I am really loving it!

Would be much appreciated mate, I still do need one, PMED Expert on Twitch, but the sooner the better.

Do I just delete alllll files and save "userbin" Somewhere and follow steps from before?

I have sort of the same problem I think, Mine just doesn't do anything when I try to open it.

I am afraid to delete all and re-delete, Because I can't find your message to me where I could get the download link...

And for you sir, who made this post, I think you can ust copy/paste your file "users" to somewhere else and later when you've reïnstalled paste it back to where you copied it, and it should set over all the data back

   I already had an APP which didn't got rejected nor did it get accept because I promised to donate 15 bucks, I just did that on the e-mail majo1996_pink@hotmail.nl Also I editted this one because I DO need to set over my current bot to the new one, Thanks guys!
