I know how to cancel a subscription. I'm was asking if it could be fixed so I didn't had to repurchase beta access that I already have just so I could get VIP on the new name since the old name doesn't exist anymore (namechange feature from Twitch) on which I have been paying but not able to use (noticed too late). But I'll just buy it yet again and hope this issue gets fixed for others.

Hi!

So I changed name on Twitch and got everything settled, or atleast I thought. Apparently my donations for VIP got payed but on the old account "Miyuki8" instead of "MiyukiMouse". I didn't realise at first, I just noticed I didn't had the VIP features. I thought because of Beta changes I had to sign up again, on which I did. So I payed 10$ again. But now I checked Paypal and I have the subscription still running. I should have thought of checking before but since my wisdom teeth are comming through I seemed to have lost my brain, oh irony.

Anyway, basically what I want to know is if it's possible to cancel my resigning and just change my subscription to the correct account?

Name Changes / Stream Name Change (same channel, new name)

Current Stream Name: Miyuki8
Current Bot Name: MrXylokSmith

New Stream Name: MiyukiMouse
New Bot Name: MrXylokSmith

Additional info: It's the same channel but a new name. Twitch allows namechanges now so you wont be able to find Miyuki8 back anymore as I did the name switch.

Where I heard about DeepBot:
I've seen it on the channels of the Bloodytechmembers (Fawx_TV, Sir_Koroshi, Giibbly, GGJay, ....) and the Bloodytechchannel itself.
Stream name:
Miyuki8
Twitch bot account name:
Bibibot
My streaming schedule:
Everyday, every evening.
Is my stream partnered with Twitch?
No.
Average number of users on my channel:
Atleast 10 viewers, counts up to 40 depending which game I'm streaming. I started streaming 3 months ago but I'm growing everyday and I want to take it more serious.
Do I need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot?
No. No bot was good enough since I know this one existed. I've been waiting for it's release and asking people who use it to tell me about updates. I think Fawx wants to put ducttape on my mouth after hearing the question everyday. 

Why I would want to have Deepbot in my channel:
Deepbot would make it possible for the viewers to use commands to information or links I made for the bot to mention. Also the possibility of the bot having a name I like, it shows a more professional looking stream. Also to entertain the viewers. Also I could do something for those who donated me already and maybe future donators. I only been streaming for three months now, I already have a group of followers and it keeps growing day by day. I really want to make my channel more professional with a good professional bot.
