Help/Support / Bot lost all viewer data and backups are corrupted

My bot was working wonderfully and everything was great until today I did a restart on my computer and when it came back up I realized that all of my user data was gone. I used the restore tool and every backup came up as being corrupted.

I am slightly panicking about what im going to do to restore points and hours for my viewers. I have been using this bot for some of my users to be over 2000 hours so this is very nerve wracking.

Does anyone have any advice or ideas?

I am trying to set up a program to change out follower sound randomly but I need something to trigger the program after each follower. Is there somewhere in Deepbot or on twitch that can be used to trigger my custom program?

Help/Support / Quote system deleting quotes

Im a little lost here but everytime I add a quote it gets deleted for some reason. I have 5 quotes but when I add a 6th it goes in but a day later its gone. Is this a setting somewhere or a bug? I have VIP so i cant figure out why they get deleted.

Sorry in advance because I feel like this is a really simple question but I can't figure out the answer. What does the bronze star at the top mean? I am used to seeing a gold star up there but after I updated my deepbot it changed to bronze.

Alright I had those settings except the obs CLR browser option. I turned it on in hopes that it'll come through now but Im not sure. Even before the preview button was working. It was showing it working perfectly. Just when a real donation came through it wouldnt work.

xD happens to the best of us.

Yes they are in my notifications tab. I just cant tell if I set something up wrong in the donation notification area. I got the email for them from paypal, just not my popup.

Hey,

I got my donation page to work finally but now the alert isn't working. I went through the settings and got it set up but none of the donations I received have come through. Did I do something wrong in my settings?

I have tried a few times to connect into the donation page using the log in through Twitch but it doesn't register that I'm in the beta and just says my username is undefined. What do I do to fix this?
