 My bot has just reset all my subs as well as the points for all members in my stream . any help would be appreciated

Please can you install IE11 and then check if it works?
If that does not work, please Open this page and see if the video's play on this page. (http://deepbot.deep.sg/YouTubePlayerv2.html)

If both those actions do not work, then please let me know. These two actions fix 95% of the issues with the player in the latest update.

 pretty positive I have 11 sir  and  also the littlle video even works on deepbot just will not load my play list and play them I dont kno

So my music player has not been working for several days. Normally it does this for a day and works the very next day but  since the last update my music player has not came back.
