So my music player has not been working for several days. Normally it does this for a day and works the very next day but  since the last update my music player has not came back.

Please can you install IE11 and then check if it works?

If both those actions do not work, then please let me know. These two actions fix 95% of the issues with the player in the latest update.

Here the same. It works only over the Link from Expert.. IE 11 is installed. i reinstalled Microsoft NET .. nothing.. helps...

 pretty positive I have 11 sir  and  also the littlle video even works on deepbot just will not load my play list and play them I dont kno

im also having problems with music player after new update. it keeps saying that i need adobe flash player or html5 browser. i click the get flash player link and it says i have adobe flash player installed but not enabled. i then checked all my browsers to make sure adobe flash player/shockwave was enabled and indeed they are. any ideas?

As discussed, the issue was a missing flash plugin.

For other users that face this issue, please try installing http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?fpchrome
