What do you think about over 100 complaints from ppl in chat when they get prompted with that line every minute?
Whats wrong, will you guys fix it?

The guy in streamerchatt said it was something about API, but moobot doesnīt spam like that?
I donīt put my encoderdown so it always up and running because of the hosting, the  minigames and so on- so ppl are complaining alot.

Itīs spamming like crazy in chat with deepbot but not with moobot! Spamming in channel is against Twitch TOS and my channel has ppl in it 24/7 as a partner.
Whats the difference?

"Exited host" mode. Is that a bug - its prompting my chatt everynow and the, mostly every minute!

In Streamerchat:
13:19   teamnnp: the host stuff works with api requests, twitch has decided that host api calls now spit out a twitch server message in chat
13:20   teamnnp: ive no idea why twitch did this but we are looking into work arounds thankyou for bringing the issue to our attention again

BUT
13:42   MoobotFound no online channels to host, requeuing
13:45   MoobotFound no online channels to host, requeuing
13:48   MoobotFound no online channels to host, requeuing
13:51   MoobotFound no online channels to host, requeuing
13:54   MoobotFound no online channels to host, requeuing
13:57   MoobotFound no online channels to host, requeuing

NO spam in chat! So what the heck is going on?

Hi is it a way to make donations to group up?
For example: Viewer donates $1 times 3, donation .txt show 3 times $1 - can i get it to just say $3 instead?

With 5000 active streams - they should have some experience and back ups. I had this trouble for several days. And OK i understand that they are working like crazy...
BUT focus now guys and fix this I am a paying customer... And stop making @waether@ commands and focus on things that ppl whant...

BUT will DDOS explain that i had this trouble in several days? Something wrong on my site either?

I have several issues with deepbot, first all donations are mysterius gone and need to be refreshed in xsplit every startup!
Now its not working at all...

Channel commands will return if/when/are deleted

I have followed all directions step by step. I've even redone them a couple times, double and triple checked all settings. For some reason the connection between my deepbot donation page, and my followers are not making it to OBS. When I test donation, or test follower, the notifications will pop up in my stream; regardless if its just a preview or a live stream. But real donations, and real followers are just giving me the desktop popup, not doing on screen alerts.

The other super weird thing is that follower messages are showing up in chat on my channel, but the donation messages are not.

I am filled with confusion right now, I've asked several fellow streamers who have had success, and they all seem to be just as stumped by my weird issue as I am.

Same here Channel message @amount@ is not showing up in chat. Donations are in, but not showing up as a notification, channel message and currency/ranks, .txt file not updated. IPN, UTF-8, account settings and i guess everything is ok.

Hi and TY again!
As they are donated in SEK not USD that will be a little hick-up - but what the heck :-)
BUT when i add manually - they didnīt get ranked, got points or gotted notified in chat.

So far i donīt like the donationpage (design and currency) so i will stick to Twitch Alert. But The Deep Bot is amazing!

Since i migrate from twitch alert 2 deepbot can I manually add donations to VIP system? Or import .txt?
YES i understand how i manually add ppl to vip list - but whant donations to trigger by it self here after.

I have the luxury to have a lot of ppl on viewlist, followers and so on so it is a big task to manually add donations
