Help/Support / After 5 months, I still cant use 'Streamer Chat' in deepbot....

So, as title says, its been bout 5 months (almost) since I've been able to use the Streamer Chat tab in the Deepbot program... I have disabled the antivirus that may be preventing, I have tried to reset my connections, I have tried every suggestion you all have given me in the past when I have asked about this... does this mean my program is malfunctioning? Is this something I don't know about?

What can I do? Just give up on trying to use it?

So far that's my only problem I've had for a while. But I haven't really fully explored every area. That's just the one I've noticed most recently.

Have you tried it on a different computer?
How about checked firewalls/anti-virus?

I have tried all of that.

Also, new problem. My mods cant ban people...or do any commands..... ideas?

Reset your Twitch passwords, reset the connection to the api, reset the oAuth key, try that add.

Also I get a red circle in the bottom page of the Config tab when I stream.

Run update.exe in your deepbot folder.

If you still can't change your game/stream title, try switching servers / ports on the config tab > Bot login.

As for not being able to type in streamer chat, I am checking with expertsonline to make sure you aren't banned.

However, if you keep getting a red light at the top, then you won't be able to talk in streamer chat, since you are dc'd.

I have followed your suggestions and that still seems to not work out for me updating my stream title and game.

Did you try to reset your passwords?  And disconnect the reconnect the api?

I have.. Im sorry but somehow I went all dumb and didnt mention, I have submitted this problem before and one person said I was banned...but then said I was no longer banned... not sure if that means anything to why this is still happening, or if Im still banned or what...but I wasnt even told why that happened.

Anyways, Id really like to know if I am or am not banned... and if so, why.

Is anyone else having more problems with updating their title and game through the bot? I keep getting a red highlight when I try and it doesnt work.


Also, I apparently still cannot communicate in the Streamer Chat....

I know for a fact I did not self promote... however I did have one day where I asked a shit ton of questions.. maybe that was it..

Alright, well you aren't banned. So maybe you have an anti-virus on, that is stopping you from typing in deepbot?

Negative. I took care of all that long ago. I have tried multiple different settings on and off and custom but nothing works. I still cannot send messages through that streamer chat tab.

Are you updated to the latest version?
Running deepbot as admin?
Are you logged into your accounts on the config tab?

again, sorry for the delay. And yes to all of those questions.

Try changing ports and servers on the config tab.

Port and servers have been changed.

I still am unable to use the "Streamer Chat" tab in the deepbot program.

You will need to select the PC sound device as default audio device. I believe.

Thats what I have it at already. Viewers still cannot hear whats coming through my headphones.

Ive also set the headphones to default, speakers to default, and still nothing works.

Are you streaming from PC or console?

sorry for the late reply. but it is PC. I use Turtle Beach headphones if that matters.

bump this since I still cannot use Streamer Chat in deepbot. My message disappears when I hit ENTER. no one seems to see me in the chat.
