Command Notifications Not Working

I am in a 2 PC setup  (gaming pc/streaming pc) on windows 10 using an HTOmega Fenix. If you make a sound command like... !headshot for example, and attach a wav, it will work on the gaming pc. The sounds from deepbot are isolated to playback. The youtube song request stuff works because it is an isolated API. Any deepbot specific sounds do not go into the stereomix, and therefor when forwarding the stereomix noises to the streaming computer deepbot is not heard. Am I missing something? Surely someone else must have worked a setup like this. Ideas?

Is there any way to do this where I can run this all on the gaming PC?

What do you mean?

Like play all sounds on the main PC, but use a Virtual Audio Cable to only play notification sounds/deepbot sounds to the stream instead of you hearing it?
If yes, it may be possible, but Deepbot plays off your default audio device, unless you find some way to make it run on a non-default device.

VAC doesn't take information from playback devices, only recording devices. For some reason deepbot commands never make it to the stereo mix, the system only recognizes them through the playback device... so that wont work either. How would I be able to change songs quickly and stuff like that if its on the other pc if I did it with the set up guide provided... since it is only a sound pass through.

I managed to get it working with a VAC but there is some lack of audio fidelity. Its fine though...
