ticket raffle - count issue?

With a ticket raffle going, I'll have about 5 or 6 people entered and the display at the top only shows 3 in the raffle... however, there are more listed in the entry section.

yet i show 4 people in the list below.

Will keep trying to replicate the issue in dev mode. Seems like one of those sporadic issues, so need to identify what is causing it.
Next time it happens, do help me take a screenshot of the GUI.

Will publish on the change log if I manage to identify and fix it.
