I'm not sure why I'm having a hard time getting approved but this is the 3rd time I've posted and it said unsuccessful due to non payment on the previous ones. I paid the $10 on 4/23/15 via paypal. Since I keep getting an unsuccessful due to non payment. Below is a screenshot of the $10 payment . Please accept or PM me on what I need to do.
