Having a stream that runs 24/7 may provide a good testing ground for the bot. I will provide bug reports should anything break. If nothing breaks, I'll find a way to break everything.

I have one that I currently use mIRC with named MajeyeBot for commands, I have a 2nd one I can use for this named Pointzbot

I don't stream as much as I used to because of a blown CPU issue, but I run an online gaming community and run a Twitch bot already for a few streamers.  I plan on streaming more once I get the CPU thing fixed.

Not currently.

6.  Average number of users on your channel?
When I did stream, I became the #1 streamer for DayZ (original) back in November 2012, and can hold anywhere from 10 to 150 viewers, depending on the game, currently.

No, but as previously stated, I run MajeyeBot (mainly in TheBlueMuzzy's channel) as a command bot using mIRC.

I work full time Mon through Fri, 8:00am to 4:30pm Central Standard Time.  Weekends would work best for helping to set up.  (If accepted)
I also run a 500-slot Teamspeak server, so if you'd like (and I am accepted), I can give you the info and we can use that to speak to each other.  I also know quite a few (higher-end) streamers that may be interested in something like this.  Donated $10 towards your cause with a note so you won't mistake that it came from me.  Cheers!
