Skip song isnt taking money

Is it problem in my settings or a bug? because I cant get it work, everyone who wants (even without the amount i set) can skip.

When random user using the !skipsong command its not costing any money for him, is there a way I can change that? even when I put the cost 100 it still have no cost
Help me please :)

Can you take a screenshot of your "Music" tab? I have just tried this myself and it worked as intended.
