Can't log in into deepbot

ich kann mich nicht in meinen Bot einloggen, habe alles so gemacht wie mir gezeigt wurde.
Es kommt immer die selbe fehlermeldung.

Most likely you do not own the DinoBot twitch account. This is a justin TV account.
To use DeepBot you need to create a new account for the bot. Then you need to tell me the new account name so that I can permission it to connect to the DeepBot servers.

You can change your bot's name manually here: http://deepbot.tv/dev/donationaccess/#Home
Connect your twitch account, then go to my account, double click your bot name and change it.

If you are having troubles logging in, try opening up a private session if using firefox or an incognito session (CTRL+Shift+N) on chrome.

If you are just changing your bot's name, use this link: http://deepbot.tv/dev/donationaccess/#Home (If it says apply for Beta, or gives you undefined error, just logout and connect your twitch again. If you are having any trouble logging into it, use google chrome and use incognito mode (CTRL+Shift+N).)

2) When attempting to "Connect" to the 'donationaccess' site via Twitch Auth, it simply gives me a blank window post-login to Twitch: http://i.imgur.com/5JbfWU8.png

The account I originally registered for my Deepbot 'Bot' name was not registered before hand, and someone else had taken it.

Given the screenshot for issue #1, it looks like the bot username config on the backend is still using the old account; Can you please update the bot username from "dawgbot" to "hottbot" for my stream "coreybriggs86"?

Use google Chrome in inkognito Mode (ctrl.+shift+n) and you can connect to change your botname.

In order to fix issue one, you can update your bot name at the one link I posted and follow what Mercury3rd said in using incognito mode on chrome.

Okay. Can I just create another then besides trying to change my bot. I'm not sure you are understanding why I have tried. I've done everything accordingly and still get the same results. Not only have I tried google chrome and Internet explorer. I've tried Firefox as well. So do I need to just start all over? Or can you change it for me? I really don't want to wait another couple of days for another email. But if I have to I will. Thank you again. Corey
