!Points not working

Hi there. I've just installed the bot onto my channel and so far everything works fine except for my point system.

No matter who types in !Aurans (My point system) Nothing comes up. I was hoping someone would be able to help me with this.

Go into master settings and uncheck the option : "Only allow points to be checked on bot chat"
