my donation notifier and follow notifier is not working whats going on hear

Donation, Follower, Subscriber notifications and more are only available to VIP streams.  VIP requires a monthly fee of $5 a month.  You can see more information on VIP here: http://deepbot.deep.sg/wiki/VIP+Streams&structure=Index&page_ref_id=14.

The amount of money you donate doesn't reflect the amount of months you get.

No, if you donated $20 in one month, it only gives you VIP for that one month.  The amount of money you donate in that one month will only affect that one month.
