VIP account but no donator notifications

I have a VIP account but the donators notifications part is grey. How can i use it ?

You need to provide additional info for the donation notification feature to be activated. Please see details here: http://deepbot.deep.sg/forums/index.php?topic=408.  Do note that Experts is out of town, so expect delayed responses.
