Follow notification help

Can some please help.

I have followed guides on Xsplit and the follow notification shows up when I press preview but when someone follows the channel the music plays but nothing pops up.

Anyone got any Ideas.

Do you have OBS CLR Browser checked in the settings?

Check the OBS CLR Browser.  This used to be an OBS only feature, but has just begun to be available on xsplit.
