my folower notifications wont load

as the subject states my follower notifications wont load i see the experts buffering image over the follower notification image

ok so i set up the clr browser like the guide for xsplit shows. insert the url the css and all that good stuff but when i preview it or some one follows my stream the image doesn't show i get the buffering image

That isn't the buffering image, that is the actual notification.
