Bot channel transfer.

Would like to transfer bot to : http://www.twitch.tv/gamingforadoption

Reason: Our mission was complete in current channel. Evolving our cause and we need our amazing bot there with us! :P

Also, I had a current subscription (Charged Nov 6th). Did not transfer over it seems.
