Ranks Reverting Back to Default? Help

After my recent update all the ranks revert from my custom list to the default.

When you load deepbot in the user list you can see my custom ranks displayed - then when it goes live the default ranks are used.

Is there some way to change this back?

I went ahead and subbed for this month - will see how it does and/or if it's worth it for the next one.
