Context of commands?

Is it possible to get a list of current commands like vip and things? As in the target/message info of the command. !vip = @viptarget@? Just things like that. Would be nice so I could do more advanced commands.

Also, is the streamer chat on the bot an irc channel? Would love to be able to chat and help on the go.

Full list of commands are found in the Wiki. Not all bot functions are exposed as dynamic variables.
If you would like to see more added, please make requests in the feature request section.
