Migrating To Stream PC

Is there a file I need to move from my Deepbot on my current PC to the Deepbot on my new PC that contains the information like stream points and VIP status and such?

You could always just copy the Deepbot folder from your old computer to the new one. Deepbot was built to be portable so can be freely moved once the folder is created.

As for the files, "users.bin" "usersconfig.bin" and "chanmsgconfig.bin" are the files you will typically need
