Deepbot VIP is gone (payment was sent 4 days ago)

My VIP Status on Deepbot disappeared this morning after rebooting the computer. I checked my payments and 10$ was transferred 19th of april, soooo, how come the VIP is gone?

I am guessing it may have been a mistake or something if you just got the bot. You will have to wait for ExpertsOnline to do it.

Also VIP is $5 a month, not $10. You may want to PM Experts, and let him know you overpaid.

I've overpaid for a very long time because I believe this bot is worth every penny, and I have done so for a long time :) Any clue how to PM Experts? Been searching a bit but ended up doing this thread instead

i got the exact same problem. i did send him a pm aswell. its weird because i had it for serval months now.

Im Not sure but i cannot open deepbot it gives me a message to contact expertsonline how would i do that???

You are using an outdated version of DeepBot that is no longer supported.  Please run the update.exe file in your DeepBot directory to update to the latest version.
