Music will not work on new computer. Flash player installed.

Bought a desktop to replace my laptop I was using to run deepbot. Already installed the player. Also followed the instructions on the help page for adobe. Not sure where to go from here. I had this problem once before on my laptop but some how fixed it...It just stays on the download flash player screen but that's it, I've restarted deepbot. Enabled the player.... I even made sure there were no windows updates

If google is your default browser, you need to try downloading here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?fpchrome

If that doesn't work, you need to go to this url in chrome: chrome://plugins/

Enable it, if it isn't enabled. Also, check "Always allowed to run"

Same problem here, single request song stop work after update. I can only add playlists. I have flash and framework updated.

To run the bot as admin, instead of double clicking it, you right click>run as admin (Fixes most common problems.)

You made sure it was enabled thru chrome? In a chrome tab, you enter this url: chrome://plugins/

And you should see something like this:



Make sure Adobe Flash Player is enabled and check always allowed to run.

Restart deepbot and it should work, if it doesn't let me know.

The original video (the one with stars) plays fine, but Deepbot won't pick up and play the songs added or requested. If I type !song in chat, it does say what song it's supposed to be playing, but it isn't. Also it moves down the list, making the previous ones grey, as if it has played, but all the time it's just the stars.. I've looked everywhere can't find a solution.

Any guidance would be great, thanks.

Are the songs longer then 20 mins?
If yes, there is a limit on how long the songs can be. Any song/video over 20 mins will not be added.

Are you adding the songs directly thru the bot, or requesting in your twitch chat?
If requesting directly thru twitch chat, make sure your points do not exceed one billion points.

It sounds like some songs are working/being added, but aren't playing or what exactly do you mean by the last part?

If I click play it just plays the video of those stars (default video) and then nothing. I can't get any songs to play, no individual songs or playlists.

The last part, I just meant if I click next, it moves down the list to the next song leaving the previous one grey, but none of them play. It's just the video with the stars. It's weird, I don't know if I'm just being bone and maybe I've missed something I'm supposed to set up?

Alright try running the bot as admin. Close the bot>right click the icon>run as admin. Also do you mind taking a screenshot of your music tab?

Ya, that is letting you know what song is playing and what songs have been played. You can always double click them to go back to them.

It is being run under admin, this is all that happens. I've tried multiple different songs, playlists, requesting through chat, adding via the bot.

Its the same result each time. I've added myself 100+ points to make sure it wasn't just that. I've tried it on 0 points for request.

Try turning repeat on, and then shuffle the playlist.
