Error Code From Deepbot

So I don't know what to do. I can't get deepbot to work on any pc.

1) Install/Repair the x86 and x64 versions of redist from here : http://www.microsoft.com/en-sg/download/details.aspx?id=30679

2) In the DeepBot folder, if DB_update.exe exists, rename that to update.exe

3) in the DeepBot folder, if DB_Ionic.Zip.dll exists, rename that to Ionic.Zip.dll

4) Run update.exe in admin mode

I cant get my commands to work everytime I set up my settings it tells me that I need to be a higher rank

error says user rank config incorrect for rank 2. next rank requirement needs to higher then previous rank.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and this still happens

Under your settings, you go to the User Ranks tab on the left>Load default.
