can't edit a rank on deepbot

Guys,

anyone can help, i cant edit a rank on deepbot

ps: when a edit a txt and do a load from txt its not saved.. this feature are vip only?

Ranks are a VIP feature. The .txt is not used anymore, the ranks are now built into deepbot.
