Redownload Bot

For some reason Deepbot will not open on my computer (even as admin) and running the update.exe file directly doesn't work either. It goes through the steps - stopping Deepbot, downloading, but then sits at unzipping package.

It is possible to get a link to re-download?
Also when doing so, what are the settings files I should be saving so points/settings are not reset?

can you post the error log?
try to start deepbot without connecting, then run the update.exe

No errors are coming up, the bot just doesn't open at all so I cant launch without connecting either. I was able to dig up my Twitch message with the link to the download again, but all of my users, points, vips, est are no longer there.

Is there a way to get points info and settings back? I have some of the old files but I don't know which they are in.

Hi, you need to copy the files:
chanmsgconfig.bin, DeepBot.s3, users.bin and userconfig.bin from your old Bot to the "data" folder in your new Bot. But close the bot before you do this. Then all the users and settings should be there again. Then go to your channel commands and right click in the command section and hit "Migrate Old Commands"
