Bankheist isn't working?

Perhaps I'm doing it wrong, but putting the bankheist command in my chat doesn't trigger a heist.
Does the bot need to see a certain number of active people before it allows a Heist?

It should Start with one person, make sure you use the right command. The default is !bankheist (x) and x is the amount of points you want to risk. So to start type !bankheist 10 for example.

I think I solved the issue.
It wont start unless the one starting it puts in a number equal to or lower than their current points count.

This should have been obvious to me, I'm dumb as sin.
