restrict non followers or low ranks from requesting songs

add options to song requests to reduce chances for trolling by making it follower only or tying in ranks and allowing anyone above rank 1 or 2 to be allowed to request songs.

Twitch has blocked access to the full follower list. As such, the bot can no longer keep followers in sync, and won't be able to offer any options that rely on the full follower list.

still would ask to consider the rank part. ranks are cool but it seems to have little tie in with anything so far

You can make lower levels of VIP and viewers not be able to request songs by making their max songs be set to 0.

the main idea is to keep new people from requesting songs, but allow regulars and above to do so.

for now, I'm using vip bronze as a regular system and not allowing viewers to request songs.

was suggesting a simpler system for doing this or a tie in to ranks to make it automatic.
