/whisper @points@ function

Twitch added whispering to the chat now: http://blog.twitch.tv/2015/06/whisper/

I was hoping we can have a feature where it will now whisper the @user@ their @points@ to reduce chat spam. I don't like having to redirect people to the bot's channel page just to see their currency.

Also, can you make sure we're able to see the "entered tickets" number too. i.e. "ExampleBot: Points : imoogle - 0 (50000)". The @points@ variable does not show entered tickets. Or at least create two separate variables, like "Points : imoogle - @points2@ (@queuedpoints@)", where @points2@ shows points ON HAND rather than total points from @points@ (incl. any in a raffle or bankheist)

This is a great idea.  Mobile viewers have a problem with going to the bot's channel to check points as they have to leave the stream completely to check.  This causes a couple of issues #1: The viewer misses part of the broadcast #2: When the mobile viewer leaves to check their points, the stream looses a viewer while they are gone
