Customization of Multiple Command Outcomes.
« on: July 11, 2015, 04:31:50 PM »
Essentially I would like to create commands with a possibility of multiple outcomes.
Examples such as Xanbot's !8ball command.

Commands would have a percentage next to the name that would determine the outcome.
Also some options that would be cool would be a cost of points to the command.
And also points given to the @user@ according to the outcome of each individual outcome.

I know its a lot but I believe this would be an awesome addition to custom commands.
If you like I can make sort of a layout to give you an overall idea on how it will play out.

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for, but you can currently make new lines in a command, and have the bot choose a random line when the command is run.  Do note this is a VIP exclusive feature.

I would like multiple choices of sounds, for example you type !sound and say it has a choice of audio files 1,2,3  :P

create a new command !sound and three commands with the soundfiles 1,2 and 3
then write each sound command in a new line and if you now use the !sound command then a random command with the sound is played.

Hier steht nichts Sinnvolles, dennoch freundliche Grüße. MercurY

The thing is that this gives each command the same amount of percentages.
So if you have 4 !sound commands lines each one will have a 25% chance of playing.
Since I have future ideas with the percentages I cannot give each outcome the same percentage.
Make sence?

Then just use the one with the higher percentage more often.
like:
5 lines Sound 1 (50%)
2 lines sound 2 (20%)
2 lines sound 3 (20%)
1 line  sound 4 (10%)
Hier steht nichts Sinnvolles, dennoch freundliche Grüße. MercurY
