Hi, so recently with the update I gathered a few things have changed. How ever I used to have the follower alert on and custom bankheist names and stuff, and now they don't work anymore says I need VIP can anyone help me please.

Yes, you do need VIP. VIP is $5 a month. When you first get the bot, you get one month free of VIP. This is all in the first post in the application section.
