Custom Host allert and a Css Question

Hello my Friends.

I need a Custom Hosting Alert what is possible after the new Patch.

The Css Question is: What i must type in for Backround on a Desktop Location and not with a Weblink.

You could do what I do and host all the htm and css plus js files local on pc the you can have local images work. I do this with all the Deepbot things so I can make changes on the fly quickly. Etc make image divs bigger or change the animations.
