Points/hours recovery

Is there a way to recover points and hours on deepbot? My Norton's internet security  deleted it because it said it was not trusted program after I reinstalled deep bot all the hours/points were reset. Anyway to recover them ?

Ya, check your backup folder in deepbot. C:\Deepbot Folder\backups

Backups exist in the following folders within the DeepBot installation directory:
30min interval backups: backups/0/
6hr interval backups: backups/1/
24hr interval backups: backups/2/

To restore a backup:
Close DeepBot
Find the users.bin file with the appropriate timestamp that you want to restore from the backups\ folder and copy it
Paste the file in the main folder (where the original users.bin was)
Rename the backup file to users.bin (removing the timestamp)
Start DeepBot


If you have no backups, then PM or Email Expertsonline about a cloud backup.

Thank you.. Yea my backup files seem to be gone I sent them a PM if they don't reply i'll send a email hopefully they have it on the cloud.
