is there a way to make it so that if someone request to see there points in the streamers chat the bot will whisper it to them.  I've seen it happen with other point bots out there, but would like to see it part of the features available with deepbot.

If you aren't VIP, you won't be able to use the whisper system. But if you are, you have to enable it in your settings.

that did not work and I am VIP... also if I make a custom command wont that effect the original !points command in the chat?  would they have to type something different to be whispered.

Once the Whisper feature is enabled, users can whisper commands to the bot (/w YourBot !points) and the bot will reply to them, in a whisper, what their points are.  This only really works for built in commands, as custom commands will still be activated via a whisper, but won't respond with one (unless you have it set to in the command, so /w @user@ Command Content).

1 thing to take note:

It seems that we cannot control the cooldown time for /w since it is managed via twitch chat.
