bug on welcoming viewers to stream.

Hi the bot keeps welcoming in people into the stream even though they have been there all the time. Also it keeps disconnecting and then connecting with the stream, ive checked to see if my stream went offline with the viewers to which they said that it hasnt.

This is an issue with Twitch. I would recommend disabling the welcome alert until they resolve this issue.
