Notification sounds not playing

Trying to set up new donation sounds, tried .mp3 and .wav
No sound is playing, getting this error in log

Anyone can help me out here?

The bot is running as admin.. and the default sounds seem to be working.
This sample is 4 seconds, that can't be the problem right?
