Bot only give points to 2000 viewers

I have people constantly complaining about not receiving points, upon viewing logs <system> only gives points to 1999 people. Is this known?

Go to config tab > Gear (Upper Right Corner) >Point Options > Uncheck this or make the value higher than 0: http://puu.sh/k01yT/ac3583df3f.png
