Hi ... This issue is with the twitch chat architecture where messages are sometimes lost and not transmitted to all servers.
It is more frequent on weekends when the load on the twitch network is very high, especially with TPP.
Unfortunately, there is nothing much I can do as a third party developer to remedy this issue. We just need to wait for twitch to address the issue on their end.
