Currency balance whispering

I was broadcasting earlier with ~250 viewers for about 4 hours. In the last 30 minutes of the broadcast, deepbot no longer responded to any balance requests. My currenct is named "Lcoins".

Typine "!Lcoins" was successfully resulting in deepbot whispering the user their balance, but it suddenly just stopped. I restarted Deepbot and even restarted my computer and this issue still exists.

I did not change any settings when this happened. I believe it happened right after I initiated a Tournament.

Anyone have any ideas?

You didn't "Enable whisper interaction bot", as well as "Only allow points to be check on bot chat".

I was troubleshooting with the "enable whisper interation with bot" setting and changed it back and forth and the problem still persisted.

Only allowing users to check their balance on bot chat sounds to me like the users would have to travel to my bot's channel and then type "!Lcoins". I want my viewers to be able to check their currency in my streamer chat.

This was working for 4 hours with these settings like this, so I don't think it's a setting issue.

I wish this were the case for me! I just copied your settings and it just simply doesn't work. I can only get DeepBot to send the balance as a normal message. You can see my failed attempts here:



I really would like this to work because my chat is extremely cluttered if it doesn't! Everything was great before... then suddenly... Nothing.

I just found this error log. I believe this is around the time DeepBot stopped whispering balances. Is this helpful?
