Not starting at all

Hey, so I click the .exe and it goes through the wizard etc, but when i try to open it, nothing, half the time it restarts explorer or just does nothing
any help would be awesome, also, is it a problem that i'm on win64?

Install/Repair the x86 and x64 versions of Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012 from here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-sg/download/details.aspx?id=30679

Also make sure to repair/update your .NET Framework 4.5.2: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42642
